According to Fox News, the pedestal of journalistic solidity, George Lucas confirmed to the idea that Shia LaBeouf will lead the rest of the upcoming Indiana Jones franchise. Looks like things are really turning out to be fantastic with monkey boy Even Stevens, everybody just loves this chump.
Having seen Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, it’s so obvious that they were trying to cause the anticipation of this news at the end, where Henry Jones III (Shia’s motorcycle-ridin’, pompadour sportin’, monkey swingin’ character) almost caught the Indy’s famed hat. George Lucas added to this news that he’s thinking of Harisson Ford’s appearance in the future Indiana Jones movies to turn out like Sean Connery’s in the last one. I have to admit that aside from that fact Lucas is pretty much repeating his craft over and over again, I’m pretty okay with the it. Lucas added that he hasn’t pitched to Spielberg or Ford yet, but he thinks it is a great idea and he sees it working out really well.
George Lucas pretty much just announced Shia LaBeouf’s career will be fantabulous from now on, If I was him I’d go buy a Bugatti Veyron right now, drive it around town and buy everyone a bottle of champagne then kiss George Lucas on the lips. Aside from an anticipated Matrix-sy blockbuster Eagle Eye, Shia has other few projects lined up for him like The Dark Fields, the film future adaptation of the suburban thriller novel by Alan Glynn.
