According to Dr. Ronald Khan of Harvard Medical School, having a monstrous behind can save you from diabetes. His study appears in Cell Metabolism journal and says the fat has very benefical results, a conclusion he came up after his experiment.
A type of fat that accumulates around the hips and bottom may actually offer some protection against diabetes, U.S. researchers said on Tuesday. They said subcutaneous fat, or fat that collects under the skin, helped to improve sensitivity to the hormone insulin, which regulates blood sugar.
Mice that got transplants of this type of fat deep into their abdomens lost weight and their fat cells shrank, even though they made no changes in their diet or activity levels.
Kim Kardashian might as well start eating every candy in the world without having the fear of getting diabetes. As far as I’m concerened the size of her humongous trunk is enough to keep China diabetes-free. Recently, the sex tape diva admitted to have had cellulite removal in order to look fit for a shoot. Once she hears this news only two things can happen: 1) She’d yank her sister’s hair for talking her into getting rid of her god-given shelter from sickness, or 2) She’d contact Harvard right away and present herself as the perfect specimen to experiment this groundbreaking discovery. Hooray for the tush champion of America!
