It seems that Harrison Ford has plenty to smile about come May 22. It seems that the former carpenter who took his Hollywood Opportunity like most aspiring actors and actresses, has built (no pun intended) his career from the ground up until this pinnacle moment. With only just a few days left for the theatrical release of Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, speculations of its box office success are sounding pretty good.
Considered as a “critic proof,” and “cannot miss” movie by Hollywood.com, it will undoubtedly obliterate the competition when it opens. So say goodbye to those self-delusional British kids. The measure of anticipation for the latest Indiana Jones is already 15 percent while definite interest shows a whopping 63 percent with a first choice rating of 28 percent.
As for the money, the first day is projected to rake in $41-$44 Million and a five day gross of $162-$172. So I guess it’s safe to say that “Good Lord that’s a lot of money!”
