France’s answer to Hollywood, The Cannes Film Festival is officially over. For only the fifth time in history the Festival Jury found reason to explain their choice for the Palme d’Or (First Place movie). The vote might have been unanimous that Entre Les Murs (The Class) should win for it’s “magical” presentation and contribution to the art of film, but i guess they just had to say exactly why. I thought it would be some sort of controversy regarding the Jury’s decisions, but sadly nothing came up.
