Kathleen Dustin makes almost Alice in Wonderland-ly fashion masterpieces with her chic realist purses. Her creations are so artistically sculptured that has the ability to be seen in a gallery or with many celebrities in their walks down the red carpet.

Her purses come in different sets for different tastes. The Modern Series are concave shells painted with Victorian imagery; the Brush Purse series are small shoulder or hand carried purses with elaborate tassels for added drama. Kathleen Dustin showed her range with the Saint and the Village Women series, a collection of Picasso-esque sculptured purses that’s sure to add a new level of artistry to anyone’s ensemble.

Other famous works of her include the Pod series, purses intricately shaped like the most delicate flower buds and pods of nature; The Stone series, where the bags are shaped and textured like smooth stones on a refreshing riverside; and the famous Emotion series, where she captured womanly expressions and feelings in a form of canvass-like accessory.

I wouldn’t mind spending a couple of bucks for such a pretty purse, I can imagine toting it around town, then straight to a Moulin Rouge theater casting.
